Our company is future-oriented in search of excellence. Improvement and optimization are strong concepts that guide our actions on a daily bases at various levels.

Our strategic decision to adopt Quality Management has the purpose of creating awareness of Quality and its context, in all organizational processes, implying the involvement of all levels, employees and other interested parties.

To develop a continuous improvement in the effectiveness of its Quality Management System, our company implements NP EN ISO 9001:2015 aiming to integrate into its Management the Strategy established by the Company's Management, committing itself to:

  • ensure continuous improvement of the services offered to its customers with a culture focused on customer satisfaction;
  • continuous improvement of its operational functioning;
  • valuing the professional and social development of its employees;
  • promote organizational communication, at all levels, becoming a “key piece” of the organization’s dynamic;
  • maintain focus on the Safety Management System;
  • promote a focus on Health, Safety and the Environment.

Based on the Strategy established by the Company's Administration, the evolution of the Quality System will involve in the future, the integration of Sustainable Development, based on the balance of the economic, social and environmental pillars, which will implie taking action, so that today's growth does not jeopardize endanger the growth possibilities of future generations.
